BLR: PVC's were my first symptom of panic/anxiety disorder. If you look back in the postings you will find that many, many of us have pvc's and are still ticking. Believe what your doc is telling you, then relax as best you can. Pvc's are annoying and can make you anxious, which causes more pvcs - it's a vicious circle.
BE CALM, and keep yourself busy and distracted...it will help. When you feel them, just tell yourself that it isn't going to kill you, and take a deep breath. I've found that when I have several in a row it helps to cough hard which will hopefully put your heart back into rhythm.
