Heartburn?

Do any of you deal with heartburn after taking meds? Not sure if that is what is causing my heartburn or if this is just one more thing to deal with. I had a pretty hefty anxiety attack this morning and now I'm dealing with heartburn. This has happened several times in the past few weeks. Heartburn meds help, but I'd rather avoid it if at all possible.

Thanks Deb (I'm also a Deborah) I've been staying away from coffee, etc. but when that heartburn hits WOW - no fun. I was having a difficult morning and took 1/2 klonopin and ate a slice of bread w/peanut butter just to get something in my stomach. Thank God for Zantac!
