Hi Brishka and welcome!
This is a common topic around here!! I am not sure which is more true...
...that anxious people tend to have palps...
...or if they just notice and worry about
them more than most people.
My doctor told me once that just about
everyone will have these in their lifetime. However, only some people will actually feel them.
Even if cognitively you know that these are benign heart rhythms...it is really hard to ignore what feels like a fish flopping around in your chest, right?
You may want to do a 'Search' here (upper right toolbar) with the key words PAC's, PVC's, palps, palpitations, ectopic hearbeat, ect...and you will have more posts than you could want to read!
Along with a healthy lifelstyle...eating well, rest, exercise, cutting out caffeine, alcohol and smoking...
...here are some great coping skills to manage anxiety, and hopefully keep your symptoms at bay.

Try practicing these 3x's a day, everyday and see how you feel. The breathing and meditation techniques I think are particularly helpful.
