You are anywhere between halfway to a third of the way into your startup. It can take several weeks to fully build up, level off and experience theraputic levels of your Rx.
Until then, you could have some increased (ironic, right?) anxiety that could be causing your issues. This should pass soon, and you will notice you'll start to feel better.:)
