Hi Mindless, and welcome to the forum.
Are you seeing a therapist or doctor? When we get depressed or anxious, we have a tendency to get paranoid. I would work on this issue before you do lose your marriage.
Mindfulness is also a good place to start. You can control your thoughts if you work at it.
