Yesterday was my birthday and I indulged last night and darn it, my anxiety is horrible this morning, I know it takes time to go away but I'm in so much anxiety right now.

Deborah, the problem with drinking and having PAD is the blood sugar, in many of us, not
all but many after a night of drinking our blood sugar go's very high, then it will drop by
the next morning, this will cause shaking, fear, symptoms of PAD, it's best to just not drink.
