I used to open the club I worked at, at 0500. That meant I had to ARRIVE at the club at 0430-0445 so that I could open the doors, get inside, turn all the lights on, music, I had to log in, I had all the codes to turn on the registers, turn the machines on, the TV's on the wall, open the pool.....
You get the picture.
And I am not, not, not, NOT (emphatic enough?)....NOT a morning person.
Prepare everything you could possibly need the night before. Everything. Even remote possible things. It helps.
An auto car starter (depending on where you live if it gets super hot or super cold).
Prepare contingencies.
In the beginning, take meds if you need to (I did, I took Xanax because every morning,--and still currently, most mornings,-- I wake up in sheer panic attacks and anxiety).
We do what we need to do.
The more we do it and practice and plan,.....the smoother it does eventually become! :)
