Cilly
Have you ever got a burn in your chest and it works its way down to just below the belly? I get this from time to time and it scares me to death.
Yes I get all those symtpons daily. Add jaw pain, pain in between shoulder blades, and chronic fatigue.
Please take my advice and go see a cardiologist, Cilly. I know that in other posts you said that you will not go. This "not knowing" is really disturbing you! Do yourself a favor and go! God will give you the strength to fight whatever it is you may have (if you have anything at all).
Can you imagine the weight that will lifted off you if you go see a cardiologist and he runs some tests and he clears you of any medical condition? Or if you do have an "imperfect" condition you can finally start the proper treatment! It's a win/ win situation for you.
There's a lot of people on here that care about
you! Keep us posted!

As far as my experience with AD tells me, anxiety symptoms can pretty much mimic any pain with a wide range of severity and type. Depending on what we are obsessed with... Of course, some are physical reactions because of our tense bodies, like muscle pains and all. These are physical results of anxiety and not only in our minds, like other people think.
I was once told by my dr that the only way to "test" it is to distract self and see if one notices it while totally focusing on something else. Then it is definitely anxiety, he said. Or else, a persistent pain caused by a physical condition doesn't care if we are talking on phone, watching a movie or practicing mindfulness, etc... <3
