having HORRIBLE DAY

Having horrible day and now freaking about night ,had 2 ativan already .

STILL no hope .feeling dizzy and crying spells ,no hope in life .

sadness and grief as fever is catching up on me .

How do i cope with so much when depression is making me worse and no support~~
