Hello all,
I am currently taking Vyvanse for a number of reasons including anxiety and it seems to be working very well. I was wondering if exercising on this drug was a bad idea? I have done it several times before later in the day (working out) after taking it in the morning and I seem to be okay. I do not want to stress my heart though.
My doctor did not discuss that with me and just by reading online I cannot get a grasp because some people say don't do it because it will certainly cause damage while others seem to handle it okay. I don't lift weights or do anything strenuous. I am talking about 25-40 minutes of a elliptical. Another thing that concerns me to a extent is that I am prescribed klonopin to take on a as needed basis. I know that using that is a downer and essentially If I take the vyvanse in the morning and take the klonpin in the evening , it's asking alot of my heart regarding the fact that it is going up then down. I didn't really think about all this till recently and do not want to cause any damage. This combination has been working great for me but I just want to be safe.
Thanks
