planning to go on pristiq ,is it a good one as just lexapro cant help me !

I take Pristiq now. Idk if it's helping. Have been feeling good the past cpl of weeks but I've been on it since June & have had to add things to it. I know GettingBy in the depression forum takes it & likes it. My niece is on it and likes it.

I can't give it a thumbs up or down. I was on Cymbalta, an SNRI like Pristiq, and it was wonderful. It pooped out on me after 6 years though.

Let us know what you are going to do. Are you sure you've given Lexapro enough time?

Have you checked in with the depression forum?

Of course, no one can predict how it will work for you...but there may be more members there who can give you their personal experiences.

I don't hear that Rx talked about a lot here in the A/P compared to other A/D's.

Pristiq has worked wonders for me. It has given me my quality of life back that I never had before. I am on 150 mg.
