Thank you so much!! I do have a therapist that I used to see for depression and I called her up. Gonna see her again thursday, hopefully she can help me.
As for talking to my parents, it's hard. Well not so much my dad but my mom is really hard on me. I called home to tell her about
this and she said "Stop acting like that. You're just stressed, all you have to do is sleep" she's just really hard to talk with and shows no emotions. My dad on the other hand, he's my savior. When I told him he immediately said he's going to do everything he can to help.

So sorry S! I had my first panic attacks in college too. I got depressed though too so I took an antidepressant for about 6 months to help me. I also was prescribed Xanax to take when my anxiety was bad. It just takes the edge off.
Do you have access to a doctor or therapist? I know I saw a free therapist on campus.
Please know that even though this really sucks, you're not alone & it will pass. There are some great resources at the top of this forum. Have a look as they are good & can help you.
You're going to be ok. Just don't hesitate to see a doctor or therapist as they both can be very helpful. Talk to your parents too and let them know what's going on, if possible. I was afraid to tell anyone bc I thought I was crazy and didn't want anyone to know. What a relief it was to tell my mom!
Keep posting here for support too. We've been in your shoes and we help each other out here 24/7!
Sending you love-
