Hey all,

Just wanted to update you all on how I've been doing lately since my last post a few weeks ago. For the first time in 2.5 months I'm starting to feel like myself again before that first awful panic attack. I haven't had a panic attack in 3 weeks and I'm feeling on top of the world. 99.9% of the palps have went away even when I eat fried food or exercise ( I'm still trying to eat healthy though haha) along with all of the other physical symptoms. I just want to say a big thank you to everyone who has given me advice and their personal stories over the past 2 months when I joined this forum. I really appreciate it and you all helped me get past this very hard time in my life. I know this isn't the end of my panic attacks and anxiety but things are getting much much better. Thanks again!

This is AWESOME! Yay soccer1, I was actually wondering about you the other day. I thought "he/she must have gotten better." So glad that was the case. You're young, healthy, and resilient. What a blessing this is for you. *happy dance!*

Thanks so much. Honestly the thing that helped me the most was keeping busy and ignoring anxiety and all of its symptons. I'm in college right now so that is defiantly keeping me busy for sure haha. But every person has their own way of dealing with things, for an example breathing execises never really worked for me but they do for a lot of other people. You just have to find the thing that works for you!

This is awesome news! I am so happy for you. It is such a great thing for all of us to hear when someone is doing well because it gives us that hope that we won't be this way forever. Also I agree with what you said about everybody finding what works for them. The deep breathing hasn't worked for me so far either. For some reason it always makes me more anxious. Keep up the good work!
