Thanks for giving us a little more info.:) Yes, relationship issues can be a catalyst for anxiety...I know they certainly are for me.
Great job on using your coping skills to get you through the rough spots! They really do work to lower overall anxiety levels and symptoms. Be sure to practice everyday (preferrably upon awakening, and before sleeping) for the best results.
