I hate it that you are facing this. Believe me when I say that I do know how you feel. Fortunately, through coping skills, therapy, and medication, my anxiety has improved. However, my depression is in "full force" :(
I wish there was something I could do or say to make you feel better. Please know that I am here for you as a confidant and a friend!
Depression seems to come in "phases". And although it may seem like there is no hope or end in sight, hang on! You can ride this out! I've said it before but it applies here; "if if wasn't for the storm, then we would never experience the rainbow"!
You are always in my thoughts and prayers... Sending you healing thoughts!
