Hi SK and welcome!
I am sorry to hear of your recent attack, and subsequent fears of returing to its place of origin. Unfortunately, since that is your workplace...this complicates things.:(
There are a couple of schools of thought on this issue...and ultimately you will have to decide for yourself what you are feeling up for.
One way of thinking is to give yourself a break from the triggers of an attack...lowering your anxiety levels, and gradually returning to a place/situation that might trigger you.
Another is to push through any fears and uncomfortable feelings, thus not allowing the fear to become reinforced, and thus harder to conquer.
This is a personal decision, and one that should be based on how strong you are feeling at the moment.
Have you talked this over with your doctor and/or therapist? What do they advise at this time?
For now, here is a link for some great material and information...including self-help coping skills that may be new to you...or at least a little different than what you may have tried. This could give you the edge that you need at this time.:)
