Hello good friend! Sorry to hear that you feel that the fear is taking over. I wish there was something I could do. If I could face your fears for you, then I would. But unfortunately, that's not how this works.
A lot of great advice above! T&S, thank you for that compassionate post. I have to say that I agree with Rrakma and the others. Please consider telling your sons. You can't do this alone! Let that sink in... You can't do this alone. Having a good support system is key to succesful treatment. You are such a kind, and caring soul... I promise you that your sons appreciate your honesty and will NOT look at you any differently.
Some times when we are scared, we need someone with us to hold our hand and to comfort us, to prod us along with encouraging words. And when we become way too weak and can no longer go on, they can pick us up and carry us.
It's just something to think about
. You will find support and encouragement on here no matter what decisions you make. I truly wish you the best! I am here for you!
Warm hugs
Cornell
