i'm back from london

i guess it's a bit egocentric for me to assume everyone on here knows me, but i just wanted to share my success on my trip to london. i went with my sister and we were together for the first few days, then she went off to do business and i was on my own. i am rather bowled over right now thinking about how well i did, going out and doing things on my own in a strange city! i just trusted my instincts a lot and did not give in to anxiety, just moved through it.

thanks to everyone on here who has encouraged me these past few weeks and months!

Though I may not reply to your posts Rich, I am very familiar with you.

I want to give a big kudos, high five to you and your success in London. It's such a big step for you, and it will definitely boost your confidence in other areas of your life.

So glad you were able to enjoy the London experience. Keep up the fantastic work, and use the trip as a guideline to your daily life back home. You now know you can do it!

Rich- that is GREAT news! I'm so proud of you. That's incredibly inspiring. Your first trip overseas and you were anxious and DID IT ANYWAY. When I grow up, I want to be just like you!!!
