Hi friends,
Feel extremely tired and exhausted and achey allover !my sleeping pill is making me drowsy and groggy next day ~
or is it my lexapro~

It could be your sleeping pills. I'm not sure what you're taking but many of them will even list as a s/e that "next day drowsiness" may be caused. That can be conquered by taking your med earlier in the evening. If you've been sleeping pretty mostly okay, and the sleep meds are new, then there's probably a pretty good chance it's related to this new med.
Best to ask your doc about
these questions. You may even consider ringing up your pharmacist and asking him. They're pretty well informed when it comes to all the various meds...

I agree with Merrida. Sometimes your pharmacist has more info about
the drugs than your doc does.
As for drowsiness and fatigue, just feeling anxious and stressed makes me feel this way. :(
