My oh my, jogging....

Wow. Just wow. And wow, again!

First of all, thank-you to everyone who helped me get a handle on my most recent health anxiety with jogging.

I picked back up with the walking the next day and then the following day I decided I would try the walk/jog combo without taking my pulse. So I jogged a short stretch, and felt relatively well. Then I jogged another short stretch. I walked some, and had a PVC...blah... But I decided that I was going to jog another short stretch. So during my 20 minute walk, I jogged 3 times! Mixed emotions of course, with the PVC. But hey... whatever.

The next night I took a break from walking/jogging as I had a few too many responsibilities to tend to. :/

But tonight... I got back to it, and jogged 4 pretty decent stretches and increased it to a 25 minute jog/walk combo. At the end of it, I felt amazing. I felt energized and full of joy. I am sure that the anxiety will return, but tonight just feels so amazing....

With God, you guys, tutorials, etc... I feel like this has been a small success on the way to healing.

That is wonderful. Baby steps and not giving up = success. If it's 2 steps forward and one step back, so be it but you're moving forward regardless. You got this girl! 👍

Running really is wonderful! Try to keep it up...even just a little at a time! I should practice what I preach because I go in cycles where I start to feel down and then stop and then feel off and then feel anxious. Vicious cycle. So please keep up the good work!
