I journal.
I take my meds, although lately, I have been bad about that.
I get out of the house every day, it's good for me.
I crochet, doing my hobbies is also good for me.
I work, helping others makes me feel good.
I come here.
I try to self-talk, although that too has been slipping.
I try to do lots of things for myself every single day to help myself with my anxiety and to enjoy my life.
