Well, umm I decided to do breast control every month regularly. I am becoming 39 in a couple of days (hurraay) I thought just around this time I should start checking them regularly. Since I heard that it's good to catch things early. Though, this sounds like an invitation for trouble to me :/ but yeah... Any of you ladies here do it regularly?
But I do FREAK OUT -.- I become so nervous and anxious, even the thought of noticing something weird in my breasts is enough to make me get panic...

And then, I asked my husband to help me with it.
You should see the blinding sparkle in his eyes LOL xD

I just went to the gynecologist yesterday for my annual exam and mammogram. The Dr asked if I was checking my breasts every month and I said no. She suggested I start... So yeah... I'm not doing it either.

LOL@ blinding sparkle!!!! My husband would have the same sparkle shocked

Well actually yeah all dr remind us to do it regularly but they just cant understand how a hypochondriac feels about it. So scary...
But i guess it can be counted as a good exposure technique, maybe.

Omg, I had my all non-existing courage and asked my husband to do the control now, and he found nothing O.o

But I was so scared and nervous, I was shouting like "Pay attention to it... -.- do it properly, no you are doing it wrong, check the left side a bit more... bla bla " lol xD

And he was like "omg, seriously stop making me nervous... That's not what I was expecting, and am I gonna do it every month??" xD hahah

I try to check every now and again. My understanding is that if there is something there, you won't mistake it for something else. Breast tissue can feel a little lumpy, but when your looking for an actualy lump it should feel more prominent and feel like a pebble. This is just what I'm told though.
