My daily exercise routine consists of a half hour of cardio mixed with basic stretching, push ups, and sit ups. If I'm still feeling anxious then I use the punching bag.
If I do not get my workout routine in i start to worry about it all day adding to my anxiety.
Also stretching is important, without it you may pull or strain something and that could trigger a health anxiety because of some new pain.
Believe me I've been there.
