Hey!
I have LOTS of dreams too, and sometimes they are a bit troublesome! Like last night, someone kept putting laundry detergent in my drinking water....??!! I never quite caught on until it was too late! LOL. True story.
This may sound SILLY, but I found that the best way to have "happy dreams" is to eat chocolate right before bed. I'm sure the doctor's will never recommend this though. When I was working at Starbucks it ALWAYS did the trick. I had the funniest dreams.
Anyway......Dreams can have an effect on my day too, so I empathize with you!
