Morning All

Don't know about other places around the world but here in Scotland it is a cold wet morning how is it where you are and how are we all feeling today?

Hi Hibee,

Sorry you woke up to a cold wet morning. Those are my least favorite! I'm in Illinois and have yet to step outside, but it's likely freezing as it has been this week. However, I'm happy to report that the sun is shining this morning and lord knows that helps start my day off right!

Today is a relaxation day for me! I have a baby-sitter for my son, even though I kind of just wanna cuddle him all day. Anyway, I'll be going and getting a manicure and pedicure and seeing a violent little woman about an eyebrow wax! With the holidays coming, gotta sneak in all the personal grooming! After that I'll probably hang around the house and wait for my hubby to come home and then tonight is a favorite television night for me, so once my little guy is a sleep I'll curl up and watch my trashy tv! I love Thursdays! I also love them because my husband works from him on Fridays which means I don't have to spend the day alone and I love that!

I hope everyone has or is having a great day!

It's verrryyy cold here in Wales but I suppose it wouldn't be much different to Scotland!

High five for the pamper day! Wouldn't mind one of them myself! :) Everyone needs a bit of 'me time' don't they! Sounds like a good 2 days ahead for you Park! I hope you enjoy them :)

I'm not doing too bad today! Always feel a little bit better as it gets closer to the weekend :)

Sounds like you have got a good day ahead of you we all need a bit of me time although getting an eyebrow wax sounds a little painful. What's on the TV tonight? We have not had much good on TV over here in the UK lately, I just finished watching the last season of Breaking Bad what an ending have you watched it?. I was not feeling to good this morning but just back in from my volunteering and feel a little better now thanks for asking.

Glad you are feeling a little better today I know what you mean about it getting closer to the weekend, Do you work? What part of Wales are you from? I have had many a good holidays in Wales usually goto North Wales in the Snowdonia area.

Yeah I work.. That's why I'm looking forward to the weekend! Early finish tomorrow too which is always a nice start to the weekend :)

Live in North West Wales.. On the border with England pretty much :)
Love Snowdonia.. Have you ever walked up Snowdon? I have... NEVER AGAIN! Took about 7 hours! Lol

Hey Everybody.:)

I got the house cleaned (mostly!) yesterday...so I am feeling good about that!

At the studio, we are gearing up for our Nutcracker recitals...so this week, I am having the dancers make their own ornaments to put on the tree during the party scene dance...so fun.:)

I have taken all next week off. My daughter has school off...plus it just doesn't make sense to have my week lopsided, since I can't run classes Thurs-Sat due to Thanksgiving. Looking forward to a break.:)

Today is lunch with my mom before teaching afternoon classes, and going to church tonight for band rehearsal...so a busy, but fun day.

Am having some IBS issues...nothing new...but not fun...need to use my coping skills to decompress and lessen symptoms.

p.s. ROTFL @ the violent little wax woman!! My oldest is a cosmetologist...and she practiced waxing on me ONCE...she hasn't caught me again since!!  I'm sticking to tweezers and a razor TYVM! ;p

I haven't seen Breaking Bad, but I swear everyone I know watched it and was obsessed! Maybe my husband and I should start. Thursday nights are my chick flick night! I watch Grey's Anatomy and Scandal. They're a major guilty pleasure of mine! As for the wax. Yup. Not comfortable at all. The price we pay for beauty I guess?!

I got some great news this morning! My bloodwork came back looking great, so no sign of any scary illness! That just means that the GI issues I've been having are a flare up of IBS, which I haven't had in 5 years!! I've started my medication again and am going to work on my breathing to help with it as well. After the past 6 months, I'm not surprised that it would start acting up. Anyway though, I'm really relieved to have gotten the good test results!

S.C. I love the nutcracker! I bet the girls are adorable and excited to perform!

Hibee, I'm glad your volunteering helped lift your spirits a bit.

As usual, it's dark, cold and depressive here today xD
But I feel sort of better I guess and actually I am trying to force myself to to focus on other things I neglected all this time :) Even though my digestive issues are distracting me a lot.

Brrrrrrr, it's cold out in Michigan! But at least it's sunny. I actually had to get my winter boots out. I don't think I've ever worn my winter boots before thanksgiving. We are suppose to be going to see santa at an outdoor event tomorrow evening...I'm going to have to dress the kiddies in their snowsuits!

I woke up this morning a little elevated. I was having a dream, and I was anxious in the dream. So that carried over a little. When I'm not in an "anxious bout", dream anxiety is about the only real anxiety I suffer. Also, I had to take my 2nd grader to school today. She had a wacky half day where she went in at 11:30. I very rarely take or pick her up. It is a trigger for me. Today was no different. But I came home and started working on some projects around the house and am feeling much better now.

Rr- I cannot even imagine living somewhere wher it get dark so early. I'm cry babying because it gets dark here at 5:30! Feel better soon.
Park- So glad your bloodwork came back with good results!! Hope you had a nice mani and pedi.
SC- Enjoy your break next week!

I'm feeling a lot calmer today!! Thank goodness!!

Its rather cold here in chesterfield England, but not as cold as New York!
I've heard they have had lots of snow already!

Hello all!! Freezing here in Pittsburgh!! Had a few snow flurries but no accumulation!! Yay!!! Anxiety is good today but horrible migraine!! Other then that not much going on today! Just gonna stay warm and catch up on this weeks Sons of Anarchy!

Park12, Breaking Bad is an awesome show!! I definitely recommend watching it!!

SC nice one on getting house work done yesterday good job and you've got a week of to look forward to which is nice. I did not know you were in a band what kind of music do you play?

Park12 you really need to watch Breaking Bad I would say it's the best tv series I have ever watch although Game Of Thrones gives it a good run for it's money. That's great news about your blood work I bet that was a huge relief I hate getting my blood tests I have one coming up in a couple of weeks.

Rrakkma which part of the world do you live? Good to hear you are feeling a bit better and able to find something to focus on and keep you busy.

Momtogigiandquinn I had read in the news that parts of the US were getting hit hard with a big freeze have you got snow where you are? Glad to hear that your projects made you feel a bit better.

Miss Spice Bomb good to hear you are feeling a lot calmer today that's good news long may it continue.

Hi all! Cold day here in Indiana! Still feeling anxious in the morning. It was a little more bearable this morning. I am trying some of the things people have shared on here. Hoping it will continue to get better!

was hot and muggy yesterday here in australia.cool today. cool change came around and helped. was a busy day yesterday. i will be taking it easy. actually, i am going to have a coffee. see ya guys & dolls. be good

Hello all,

Wet and cold all day here in California. Lazy day today, kind of mad, things are not good and some people refuse to do anything about it. Good new I did find out that a friend of a friend had her baby! A girl! So happy for her. More poopy news my friends oldest son and youngest daughter were beat up, The girl has hurt but not broken ribs, the son has hematoma's on his face and scalpe. I am so mad and so scared for the other 2 kids. Kids are so mean and dumb these days. Cops are involved in this whole mess. Played some games on my phone and then just kind of hung out.

Gonna start a little "study" on myself to test this caffine theory with my anxiety. Will post more about it in a different post.
