Hi, I had huge anxiety attacks that put me in the hospital 10 years ago only we didn't realize what they were at the time. Stress is very destructive. I was definitely under massive stress. I did a lot of research and found that the food I was eating was actually excaserbating and in some cases causing the anxiety. It's important for you to clean up your diet and home products.
