I am sorry to hear of your concerns. I understand where you are coming from, and also had similar questions at one point in my journey.
I agree with what d.s. wrote above. Anxiety and symptoms can often be flipped on, much like a switch. Our condition can change and fluxuate. We can be under much stress...yet have little symptoms. Or, conversely, we can feel like we are not anxious, yet have a ton of physical reactions.
It sounds as if your system is highly sensitized at the moment. What do you do as far as stress relieving coping skills and decompression?
Are you practicing regular self-help methods such as breathing, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, journaling, ect...?
This could be something that you are missing...and something that could make a big difference in how you feel!
