Sure...did you dream a lot last night? I always feel groggy after a night of dreaming..
If that is not it...it could just be hormonal, maybe you need to drink more water/dehydration, or you are fighting off something, or just because...
I am sure that you'll perk up later today or tomorrow.:)

Oh yes, that sounds familiar...and no, you can't always figure it out, either. I sometimes think this is a result of days of high anxiety (that was a good movie! heh! :) ) and then you just sort of mentally collapse... I know how frustrating this can feel.

It's probably a accumulation of days leading up the tired day. It used to happen to me a lot but after I kicked coffee it seems my energy has gone up. Ironic.

Sometimes when I sleep for too many hours during the night I feel extremely tired the next day.
