How is every one today?

I am full of the cold so not feeling 100%.

Hello. Luckily, colds pass pretty quickly. Feel better soon!

I spent hours upon hours cleaning the kitchen last night, but am happy to say I feel better than expected.

My throat is sore and I fear it may be reflux. However, I'm trying to tell myself it is just because the house is cold.

Great job cleaning yesterday Smooth. Maybe the sore throat is from the cleaning solutions? Just a possibility. I cleaned for 8 hours straight yesterday, and those chemicals can do a #...!

I'm SLEEPY this morning. ZZZZzzzzz....... Busy day ahead, so must JETset!

Feel better Hibee!

I had a terrible time falling asleep last night. Then I got really anxious on Top of that. I could actually feel the anxiety coursing through my body. Ugh. Finally fell asleep around 2 am. Luckily I was able to sleep in until around 9:00.

I had a relaxing weekend. It was exactly what I needed. I hope you all had one too. It's back to work tomorrow. bleh

I am feeling better, the anxiety has gotten better. I have been taking my meds more religiously.
