very panicky and depressed lately

Hi Friends ,
Feel agitated ,restless,depressed as started on new medication -cymbalta -and Paxil.

lets see if it helps me this time.

Cilly, you never left, this is your place as much as ours, give the meds time some take an adjustment period just know this, all this will pass, you will be happy again, be mindful, Peace

Sorry to hear you are feeling agitated and depressed I hope the new medications work well for you they may take a couple of weeks to kick in so in the meantime use any coping skills you have learned and keep posting here we are here o support you.

thanks all ,i am getting therapy once a while and meds on time ,taking it slow and wishing you all peace and happiness and happy new year!!
