Ah, what an interesting topic!
In my experience, I've found that both ********** and sexual activity have extremely positive results. It's one of the things I reflect on if I'm having an episode, because without too many details, heart rate goes up and gets going and you're basically having a high intensity workout, yet I never have the chest pains, etc when this is going on. You become so focused on your partner (or thoughts) and the anxiety doesn't stand a chance
My therapist even told me that sex is a great tool in your arsenal to combat anxiety due to all the endorphins that release. I made a special note of that to my girlfriend
