Take some slow deep breaths. Try and do some deep breathing for 5+ minutes. Then remind yourself that no matter what it is, it doesn't sound like an urgent situation. Do your best to leave it alone for a day (so you don't aggravate it) and see what happens. You can always go to a dentist or doctor and have them check it out.

I showed it to my mother and she told me it was noting its fine ... but again i noticed a red patch in my mouth .... now i am really freaking out
