Hi Hibee,

How are you doing today?

I woke up super early and tried to go back to sleep, but then my son woke up, so I brought him back to bed with me and fortunately after a great deal of him tossing and turning, we both fell back to sleep. Now we're just going to hang around the house today because it's COLD!

I woke up way too early and couldn't get back to sleep so I caught up on some of my shows. I feel like crap, but I'm just trying to go with the flow. I think I know whats going on so trying to not let it get me down. It's a challenge as you know, but trying, trying, trying! Hope everyone has a great day!

Sorry to hear you woke up early and could not get back to sleep I know if I don't sleep well it can make my anxiety worse. Well done on going with the flow as it's important to do that I hope the rest of your day is good.

Snow day!! The only bad thing about that is the 5:00 am call from the school informing everyone. Now in the good old days you woke up and watched tv to see if your school was closed. I prefer it that way.

My back has been a little achy. I've been getting regular weekly or bi weekly massages for the tension in my back for about three months now. They really have been helping my tension, therefore helping to alleviate my anxiety. Well, my last appointment time was messed up (for the fourth time!!) so I decided to try someone else out and I don't have an appointment with them until Monday. So I have been without massage for a month now and I am really starting to feel it:( Hoping to keep my anxiety at bay for the rest of the weekend.

Hi everyone,

I really didn't have much anxiety today so that's a good thing. Starting 20 mg of lexapro Monday so I am a little nervous about that.
