Hi Hibee,

Better day then I expected over here, but I'm getting a pretty awful headache right now. I have meducation for it, but it tends to make my heart palps bothersome, which ends up making me more anxious. I guess I should quit anticipating the worst and just hope this headache goes away.

My anxiety is pretty high today. My mom is leaving for Florida soon for a few months and I think that has me stressed.

Oh princessmel, you know I am in the exact same boat! I'm not gonna lie, it's still stressing me out, but with the help of everyone here and just by realizing I'm a little tougher than I thought, I'm getting by and you will too. Hugs!

Hey Hibee, Park & Princess! It has been too long since I have had a chance to log-in here and be of any good encouragement to everyone! I am really missing it. :(

Today I am feeling blue, a bit uneasy....and wishful....I really need to amp up on my coping skills...and QUICK! :/

Hey everyone,

Good day, bad day, good day, bad day. Round and round. Weaning off the klonopin is difficult. Joined a Buddhist temple near my work today, I've been going there as a guest off and on and now I think it's time to really commit to this ideaology.
