Double vision - anyone?

When I went for my TMJ evaluation yesterday, the doctor asked me twice if I was experiencing double vision. I said no. Later I remembered that there have been two times in the last year and a half where I have woken up and had double vision for about 5 minutes or so. It goes away quickly and doesn't ever come at other times. Now I am worried that I didn't mention it to him and that there is something that he missed because we didn't discuss it. Has anyone had this happen to them? I'm seeing my primary care doctor this week and I'll mention it to her. So scared there is something else wrong. :(

Gigi, i think the reason he asked was it's a medicine side effect, you don't have it all the time so just tell
your PC and please don't worry, it really is a common med induced side effect. Peace

Perhaps it could have been a migraine related question? Migraine, vision issues, head pressure, tension...ect...all could be realted enough that the doc lumped it in with a possible TMJ connection?

Just mention it to your PCP as you plan to...no worries! :)
