All,
First, hope everyone is having a good day! I myself just got settled at work, and have about
7 hours to go
As my subject notes, I'm curious about
heart rates. What is "normal?" The standard answer online seems to say anywhere between 60-100. The past few days at work I've been right around 100-105. Is this going to affect me negatively? Obviously, when working out, heart rate can creep up and stick at around 160-170, but it will go down after you're done cooling down. My current rate seems to be consistent all day, at least until I get home. I'm starting to worry that it might be working too hard and that could lead to some issues. I was planning on making another doc appointment this week (probably excessive) because my old doctor left the practice I go to, and I'm hoping to meet my new doctor. While I'm there, figure I could ask for blood work and maybe some other tests (AGAIN).
Sorry for rambling, just looking to hear from all of you on this issue. Have a great day!
