I can't say I finally kick out in my life what I really feel..since Monday I feel good, I had anxiety here and there but I have been exerciseng, stretching, relaxation anything to distract me it helps me a lot..eat plenty of fruits,drink plenty of water, eat more of greens.. I took Xanax as needed only.. If I have my anxiety high I go stretching or go outside the house.. I quit my job to my friend as a baby sitter,feels good coz I don't have to wake up early morning like 5am no responsibility anymore, just taking my time sleeping.. Hoping I will continue being positive in life.. Love you guys.. Excited to look for a job soon..
