It's been a long time since I've posted.
I have been doing so well the past month, I started reading "The Secret" plus started working out and somehow that had helped to relieve my anxiety but now it's back again.
The chest pain started up again yesterday, I had a large cup of coffee (decaf, at least that's what I ordered), didn't eat anything until early afternoon and things suddenly got really busy at work after lunch, I felt like I was being pulled in all directions. The adrenaline caused a racing heart, chest pain and that overall body feeling when anxiety hits. Last night I barely slept, I felt like I was constantly jerking myself awake, today I've been feeling just not well, chest pain kept coming and going, my stomach feels like it's burning and my mind is racing again as before. Trying to calm myself now.
I feel like it's time to start seeing a psychologist again.
