Has anyone read Don't Panic: Taking Control of Anxiety Attacks? I'm thinking of buying it and was wondering if it is any good. Thoughts? Thanks!

I have it and started it and then stopped, so I need to start over. My therapist said to get it.
I've also read Lucinda Basset's From Panic to Power years ago and found that one helped a lot.

Oh, so your therapist recommended it? I just came across it Googling. Maybe I'll try it. How are you doing today?

Yep, my therapist said it was a must. I was having trouble getting into certain parts of it, but I need to get back into it with more commitment.

I agree with Park in that "From Panic to Power" by Lucinda Bassett helped me a lot. I haven't read the one you're talking about
but may check it out!
