Yes, great advice above from TMA.:)
We do have a good amount of influence on our thoughts and subsequent anxiety levels...so making a pro-active statement to start your day is key!
To answer the question regarding recovery...
I no longer wake up and wonder what the day has in store for me anxiety-wise...
....I have confidence that I will feel well, because I know my skills are strong, and that I can handle what comes my way. The fact that I have made it thus far, and am still going also reassures me! :)
It is a journey, and one that does get easier with time. Setbacks may happen here or there, but we continue and keep getting stronger as we learn skills to manage our challenges.
