Hi beutiful friends,, just dropping by..want to share what I did for the last 2wks.. I am suffering from General Anxiety and depression since last year, it started August of 2014 but I have been fighting to get out away from this feeling. the doctor prescribe me a Xanax as needed (small dose)Xanax is good but I never took it for a month now what I do is I exercise, eat a lot of fruits, don't let your stomach to get hungry, drink a lot of water.. Been telling my self "I am okay,this is just anxiety", deep breathing exercise, walking with the dog..every time I feel depressed I go out and distract myself so that I won't think too much.. Like Taylor swift said in one of her song "shake it off" lol,, I had a fantastic,awesome week end. I didn't watch Super Bowl coz we are busy cooking me and my sister.. Oh boy, it was fun cooking with my sister.. We have lots of orders for the first time.. Hoping this depression won't go back anymore.i know anxiety is always there but manageable . Trying my best to enjoy every bit of the day.. Sorry for my long post,, just happy sharing with you guys
