Hello everyone.

I posted a couple times these past few days, as I was having a rough time. As the evening has come and I sit warm in my bed, I wanted to post an end to this these past two days.

Though they were exceptionally rough, a large part of the storm seems to have past. I am feeling significantly better. The anxiety was still with me a lot today, but little to no panic. Now, tonight, I even feel a sense of peace. Part of this all I am sure has to do with medication adjustment. Another part with my own mental status. Benzos did help, but the biggest help was honestly the mindfulness and the meditation.

Either way, I really appreciate all the love and support everyone has provided for me.

It is great to read that you are feeling better and that you have been using Mindfulness Meditation which can be a massive help so well done long may it continue.

Glad you are feeling better that's wonderful. Benzos right now are my biggest help but hoping to improve more so with meditation and deep breathing.
