work anxiety again

it's just this one big project. my boss has said he will get me help but hasn't so far. i am plagued with worry that i will have to do it all myself and it will take weeks to finish.

i also don't like calling clients. you have to be a little tough and i'm still learning to do that.

If you need the help then remind the boss. Don't be afraid to ask for help Rich. Calling people is tough. I don't like it either. Being tough is hard when it is not your nature, but something that helps me is to gear up in my head before hand and then I can stick to my guns better. I hope you have a good day.

I have read many times where you don't believe in yourself and then you do fine. Relax knowing you are a smart man and can over come this also. Give yourself credit, you sound like you have a wonderful job, you got that job because you are very capable and they believe in you. : )
