Well first thing, I totally cut down gluten more than a week ago or so. I felt really better with my digestion issues and less heartburn. But today I had to eat a little bread (wheat, of course) and I had a loud and nasty potty experience Lol (no need for details).
Sooo, I now know that I must absolutely stay away from gluten. I am glad I tested it. Actually lately, I had been reading a lot about Gluten and how bad it is for health. Though, many of these are researches and theories. Still, makes sense...
I was taking Vitamin D supplements for a while now (3-4 weeks) and I feel more energetic (physically) though I didn't notice any difference psychologically.
Here in Sweden, Vitamin D is a little bit of a problem in Winter :/ Little amount of sun light.
And, I stopped eating any single thing 3 hrs before I go to bed, it definitely makes a difference for me with Heartburn issues. I can survive those nights even without tablets.
