I too am glad to hear that you are getting more adept at using your coping skills, slowing down and accepting that you can only do as much as you can do in regards to work...well done!
I am sorry that yesterday was a stressful one for you at home. It is hard for me as well to not take on the anger and negative emotions of others...it is jus in the nature of sensitive people to do so. We empathize so much with how others feel...but it can become too burdensome for us...
...so trying your best to not let other's moods color your own is a good goal to have. :)
