Okay...yes, I see your concern now.
I suppose that anything, including eating, could be a coping mechanism...
If you are feeling symptomatic, either from true low blood sugar...or anxiety masquerading as such...then eating would in either case relieve this.
Either from a true physical standpoint...or a psychological one.
Still, you will want to get some insight as to which you are dealing with, and treat accordingly.:)
