This will be my last post, as I am moving on in my life and rather than focusing on anxiety, I have decided to focus on my health and fitness. Whenever I feel anxious at home, I've been going to the gym and not only does it help my anxiety, but I'm getting healthier physically too!
I am deciding not to label myself as someone with anxiety, but someone who occasionally feels anxious but totally has the skills to power through it. I want to thank everyone that has helped get me to this point, I sincerely can not praise you enough for taking me in and giving me all the kind words of encouragement and support.
I wish eveyone in this community the best of everything life has to offer. I am so very glad to have had the privilege of getting to know some of you, and I hope that in some small way I might have contributed to a spark of hope.
