I encourage you to make time to do some coping skills today...they will help, I promise.
Do you journal? I think this could be a helpful outlet for you as well. It is a great way to get feelings out, and also a good tool for tracking progress! ;)
If you can, just make yourself eat...as in forcing regular meals if you have to...
...it will help your mood. Low blood sugar can and will affect mood, and how you feel physically. If you can't tolerate solids...try a meal replacement shake/smoothie. This way you are at least getting calories and nutrients that you need to fight depression and anxiety!
Wishing you continued strength in dealing with all you have to. You are pretty amazing you know.;) I think you are doing great...and with the help that you are seeking...use of coping skills...and some time for further recovery, there will be no stopping you!
