I'm at carnival and I can't leave right away. I came in with a panic attack but I'm a bit better. Any ideas on how to stay calm here?

Just breathe. I know you may think that is obvious but its true and the more you concentrate on breathing the calmer you should become. Also think about
good times you've had with people you are still close with. Oh and have a drink of water.

I once had some brutal panic attacks while at DisneyLand.
I used my go to mantra to get me through the scary physical symptoms. I would repeat:
"I am okay, this is just anxiety making me feel this way."
I hope you were able to pull out of the bad place you were in, and have a good time all in all.:)
