change from synthroid to levothyroxine side effects anyone

my pharmacy hAd a refill for my thyroid medicine and switched it from synthroid to the generic levothyroxine. For the past few days I've been having more PVCs and wondering if this is it. Another pharmacist told me you should always stay with the same hormone. I'm not sure if it's this or knowing that tomorrow at 1 o'clock we're going to get the news of what kind of cancer my sister has.
has anyone else had any side effects like this from switching thyroid medicine?

Generic vs. brand name has essentially the same active Rx make up...however, the inert ingredients can vary just enough, that the way the meds are compounded can be noted by sensitive patients.

And of course, your anxiety is high at this time, which is not helping with the physical symptoms...
